DnF Archmage(Elementalist) Skill Testing

Man, I tried this class and got to lv 21 and quit because it was so boring :(

you are only 4 levels above the dungeon's minimum level, you overkill everything, and the awakenign isn't even finished before it kills the boss after you switch targets multiple times, and it still kills the boss.

Hey godgd, if this is your character could you tell me what build you went? I'm trying to figure it out and can't for the life of me lol.

I see you went like... I want to say Dark/Light with Water - Like.. 1 level in Arctic Burst type deal...

Or did you just forget the masteries. Leave those at 2 for Astral, and get Light and Water to like mid-way? Like in this case, Arctic and Lighting to level 5~6 instead of just 1.

Awakenings haven't been implemented yet. Just 50 Cap Raise. Which is better than nothing, since no one expected a major Update til Summer.

Another couple months and we'll have 60 + Priest Patch + Awakenings, and Females hopefully.

There aren't that many people dedicated to Elementalists, but it was my first class that I ever created. It gets really fun by 35. :P

I didn't even know you were supposed to choose only 2 Elements for this class. Any recommendations?

@Dreadedshado Hmm, my Elementalist personally has all 4 Elements but to only choose 2, I would go for Fire or Light (one of those) along with Water. Sorry, I don't find Dark too helpful for me. Frosty's Head is slightly homing, Ice Wall pushes back/slows down enemies and Arctic Burst is just epic. If I had a choice between Fire and Light, I'd go Fire since Fire Pillar and Halloween Buster are nice launching/damaging moves. I like Light for the close range protection and Lightning Strike.

That's pretty much how I built my Witch, Light/Fire lol.

Fire for Jackyl, Lava Potion, Light for EMM, Broomstick Spin, Florea Collider.

Befriend Pluto is good for Mantaeu and Swatter, but their success rate isn't really important to me at all. And Acid Rain is useless to me, same with Gravitas and Mega Driller.

i went fire and ice :) the homing of frosties head helps me to aim the fire element attacks because fire elements are horrible to aim.. especially halloween buster >_>

Hallowen buster is the worst elementalist spell, i agreed with artic burst is epic, but the best 2nd tier spell for elementalist is black hole without doubt.

uh ur really suppose to go with 1 element dispite what u heard. U CAN go for 2 but 1 element build will flourish while the other will fail a bit... and 2 exos are mainly for striking while the other 2 are for defense

fire/light-offense

ice/dark-defense

fire elements hit the hardest but have horrible aiming

light elements- hit hard but require close range....

ice-more so for spamming then damage and the effects work excellent

dark-eh... bad damage but multihit

Not so much, its sucks elementalists dont have lvl 45 spells, but i think elementalist dont need more spells, just the awakening is a pure ownage in many ways
