"insane" is a reference to the other compilation called japen 4th mad. but the thing is, in this case mad does not mean insane or crazy but its called like this because its a MAD Movie ("MADムービー"). This is the japanese equivalent to the western AMVs... (not only with anime but with all kinds of media)
