  • I like the hair, love the baby,he looks like a lil' chocolate chip cookie!

  • This is good but I wish you would have went through the process of rolling it so we could see what your texture looked like before.

  • YOUR HAIR TURN OUT BEAUTIFUL

  • Ms Crown you used wayyyy too much products... for a simple style...

  • I love it!!

  • Thanks kindly. Your hair looks great.

  • Silk wrap

  • awwww i wanna eat ur babys cheeks :3 so cute >.<

  • Your hair came out beautifully. I will be trying this Sunday for my weekly wash. I'm so ready to have long and beautiful hair. Oh and your son is so handsome. Thx for sharing all your hair care secrets as they were very helpful. And what a handsome lil fella you have.

  • What is the name or type of dyer you were using in this video? I'm guessing it was a cap dryer but please can you give any information about it? Thanks :)

  • @irealyhope I bought the Ion Soft Bonnet Hair Dryer and boy does it work wonders. It's comfortable and alleviates the problem of stationary dryers not drying the front of your hair. It's available at Sally's Beauty Supply and runs for about $40. Although I was fortunate enough to find it at Big Lots for $10. This dryer gets extremely hot on the high setting so I recommend keeping it on the low setting. I hope this helps you.....

  • WoW cool

  • Did you flat iron your hair before roller setting or did you just roller set without heat. It turned out nice.

  • can u use normal cling wrap?

  • ur babys the spitting image of u how cute

  • your baby is adorable. Thanks for these tips. I am going to try this out tomorrow. I love the versatility of natural hair. I can also try this on my daughter who desperately wants her hair straightened but I fear the damage too much heat can cause.

  • Great video and BEAUTIFUL babey.

  • I loved this video. I've been completely natural for the past two years and have kept it in sew-ins, braids and wigs because I wanted it straight without damaging it. Now I think I'll try this method and start wearing my hair out. Thanks, so much!!

  • Your hair looks great! thx for the video

  • did you blowdried before? thanks in advance

  • Valuable info here...thanks for being so thorough! I know this isn't hair stuff, but while we're gettin our hair together, let's not forget the soul stuff>>> check out Pastor Larry Griffin on the tube, I aint never heard nothin like this before. he aint prepin us for the second coming like so many are (but don't even realize it), he's preparing us for the rapture...this is good stuff!!!

  • Your hair turned out really nice. . . beautiful baby!

  • I just did this today and it came out amazing!!!!!!

  • Your hair is the BOMB!!

  • PLS ORDER A SASSY SWAG SILK HAIR WRAP...GOD BLESS

  • THE THINGS US WOMEN GO THRU WITH OUR HAIR!!! LOOKS GREAT

  • PLEASE WATCH MY VIDEO...SASSY SWAG DESIGNS/SILK WRAPS

  • great video! love your hair!

  • Your hair turned out so pretty.

  • ^^ i love this video, thanks!

    LOL technical difficulties

  • Your baby is adorable! My ten year old is a "napptural" and I know it can rough on her at times. Although she knows that her goal is to keep her hair healthy and to retain as much length as possible, peer pressure can be a mother! This is another technique I can try. Thank you for sharing.

  • aww he's so cute

  • is your hair relaxed or natural?

  • when i was in beauty school i had a lady from the dominican republic have me use that straight stuff on her hair. her hair texture was simular to african american natural hiar...it was so beautiful

  • what a sweeeeet lil' baby!!!!

  • Yall were so cute and I loved your tutorial. I'm subscribing :)

  • Use a silk scarf to protect the rollers is more beautiful. the network will not be charming

  • so i just want to be sure im sorry if you already said it in your video but your hair is completely natural? and you used no heat in this video? then i should try this. im 16 and i need to do something with my hair that uses no heat.

  • what kind of hair dryer did you use?

  • Thank you for posting this. I'm 15 with natural hair...I'm sure you can imagine.

  • QUESTION:wat do the roller set do for ur hair if u blow dry out the curls jus to wrap it????

also loved the video and ur really pretty

  • @Enthusiasm00

she blow-dried out the ROOTS. the purpose of this is to make sure your roots are completely dry and to get those hairs as straight as possible. when roller setting, the roots tend to be part the dries the slowest, if at all (even after sitting under the dryer) & also the curliest since it's difficult to roll the hair closest to the scalp and b/c that's ur newest hair growth. so again, just blow dry the roots to get them as straight as possible, NOT your entire head of hair.

  • oh my gosh he is so cute!! btw great sytle!!

  • i believe the spanish on the bottom of that product says olive oil.

  • Aaaahhhhhhh, your lil pumpkin is sooooo kaute! The facial expression!!! Maaaahhhhh!!!

Great silkening technique, by the way.

  • Wow. That looks great. I did not know you can do that on natural hair.

  • It came out great, but I couldn't do the Saran wrap under the dryer thing. Plastic when heated releases carcinogens. The hair looks gorgeous.

  • Check Out MahoganyCurls! Her hair is all natural and she did a silk wrap! Wonderful Video!

  • your hair is beautiful and your baby is so cute!

  • Im thinking about trying this one day...the only thing, my hair is a little longer around MBL so idk if my hair would go into a wrap and actually stay...

  • Wow, I wish my hair looked like that, super beautiful

  • lol the saran wrap made me think of Jamie Foxx when he was on that movie Booty Call..lol

  • wow I wasn't sure how this as going to turn out it's nice though

  • that baby is cute

  • Comment removed

  • Your hair is BEAUTIFUL. Good job!

  • what kind of hair dryer is that ?

  • That's my dryer and I'm so jealous!!! I can't get one! Sulking.....

  • what texture was your natural hair before you started? mine is a 4b type..when stretched out it is long but the shrinkage is such that unstretched out it seems short. can i seriously get my hair that straighten out and full using this method?..seems like it would be impossible or a miracle. how long overall from in hours from start to finish did this take you? also how long did it last before it started reverting? and how often can one do this method without causing too much damage?

  • I would like to see you record a video using a silk scarf on the rollers and the women wear here in Brazil. If you replace the network by silk scarf your hair will become softer and brighter. Make the experience

  • Nice style.

  • 5 stars for the cute baby... :D

  • IKH

  • I have natural hair and soooo close to going back to the creamy crack....I am so excited to see this instead and cannot wait to try it! Thanks EVERYONE for putting ur haircare secrets out there for fellow women!

  • @chandraow

Please don't go back to the crack, lol. I know how you feel. But I have chosen to heat style/roller set my natural hair as well. I was glad as well to have found her channel. :)

  • it looks good but it looks funny at first but its realy nice

  • whats the dominican hair strighting product name

  • nice hair- ur baby is ADORABLE!

  • very pretty!

  • wow thanks for posting this. Im in a tug of war between perming or continue transitioning. my biggest concern was rollersetting nautral hair and thought it would be easier if relax. If you can do it so can I. Good inspiration

  • how long did it take you to get your hear that long?! i cut my locks two summers ago and i'm just wondering if you have some ideas

  • ur baby is ssooo cute, he looks just like you!!!! :)

  • what's the name and maker of the dryer you used?? your silk wrap looks great! i still need to learn how to wrap. thanks for doing this on natural hair - really helpful for me!!! (your baby is adorable!!)

  • Your baby is the most cooperative baby EVER! :)

  • That looks great!

  • oh and forgot to ask what is the orange bubble drying thing you had on your hair. I want to try that too. And your baby is absolutely precious!

  • Its a bonnet hair dryer. I have one like it, the brand I have is "Select Gold Pro" I got it from my local beauty supply store but u might be able to find one at sally's I'm not sure. I'd check online first.

  • Thanks for this! Your hair is beautiful! My hair is thick and about your length too, but I have breakage and lots of split ends from blow drying, coloring, pressing and all the other damaging things we do to our hair. This seems like a much healthier way to maintain our type of hair. I'm going to try this. Your hair looks really healthy and so full.

  • forget the hair, your son is adorable!!

  • you have nice healthy beautiful hair do not ever!!!! perm your hair cause i am telling you right now it will mess you up lol thats why im all natural and i love my hair!!

  • what was that yellow ballon thing so i can get it?

  • The baby is making me laugh... he's just sitting there smiling:) He seems to be very at ease with your routines. He looks exactly like his momma... so cute . Can I have him?

  • nice style results and cute lil smooch-that had to be on his mom's lap..adorable..his expression was priceless

  • Nice hair&cute baby =)

  • That seems like a lot of heat. I'm trying to go heat free (have been for a few years actually) how long would you say this style lasts?

  • Hello I am so happy to see you use Jane Carter products! They work fantastic and i do not come across people who know about the line. Jane herself colored my mother and I's hair a while ago, she is so great!

  • that was amazing! I've never seen anything like that.

  • that is the cutest baby!!! can u use that hair dryer with a roller set? wat is it called? about how much was it?

  • i just would like to know the name of domican condtioner straight hair u used

  • I heart your hair! Awesome vid!

  • cute little baby!!! =D

  • Those rollers are like the perfect size I cant find any that size where did you buy them? =)

  • Wow, turned out great!! What kind of hair dryer is that? I've never seen one like that!

  • Her hair is so pretty! I'm in the process of growing my hair out... I'm doing the roller thang

  • Where did you get the pink net wrap? I can't find those anywhere...

  • When you said you blow dryer your roots, did you use a comb attached to your hair dryer? How exactly did you get your roots so straight?

  • i have natural hair but after shampooing and conditionin my hair it is basically impossible to roller set it because it is curly. so i have to blowdry then use the flatiron will the saran wrap method work for me?

  • Your baby has the cutest face!

  • u remind me of SADE,

  • LOL! I laughed so hard at you putting that saran wrap on! The results were very good though!

  • Great vid as always! What did you use to smooth out the hair on rollers?

  • Autumn, only you can look as beautiful in rollers as in the final -do. Dad and I are glad we found you on youtube. Love, Joan

  • where can i find a dryer like that one? if anybody does know please let me know..

  • Lovely roller set.. and I agree with you that the flat iron removes all body from the hair. I have compared roller setting to ironing, and I also much prefer a homemade roller set to a flatiron session any day.

  • I'd like to try doing this to get strait hair. How often do you do this?

  • i LOVE my spot in Queens...Tiffanys hair salon, their greatt!

  • Dominican hair salons do get your hair really straight, but if your goal is to stay away from heat...prolly wont b best..but when u do want bone straight hair they will get it done...

  • Comment removed

  • Why does your hair look so straight with a roller set? I have to use a hot comb to get those results.

  • Beautiful results! If you live in or near the NYC area, you can go to any Dominican salon and they will give you the best roller set/blow out for $25 or under. They specialize in working with a variety of different hair textures. Also try Silicone Mix conditioning treatment. Its a Dominican product that a lot of people swear by. ~Peace and Blessings

  • Can you recommend a good Dominican Salon? If you have the address, please email it to me. I live in NYC too. I have natural hair.

  • Is that your son?? He's so cute : )

  • did u actually do this on wet afro hair?? cause i tried that and it was just poofy! or did u do it on stretched hair?

  • What kind of hair dryer do you have and where did you get it from?..interesting

  • yes the hair dryer seems very helpful... please tell me what its called and where u got it from
