Am 70 kgs and i want to lose 10 kgs in 3 months . I want to lose fat mainly from my flabby upper arms, thighs and lower abs. I want to lose flabby fatty areas and also tone them up. As am new to your channel , plz suggest the proper videos to lose weight from those parts mentioned above.

My recommendation is that you do cardio and resistance training as you need both for a well-rounded exercise program. 30-40 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week and resistance training 3 times a week for about 20 minutes. I have quite a few ab workout videos as well as leg exercise videos to help you develop a great routine to spot tone. Add some weights for your arms and don't forget to do push ups. I have a great video on that as well.

Hi, there really is not shampoo that will make your hair grow long fast. I do recommend that you use a shampoo for your hair type and treat your hair as gentle as you can with styling because that will help you prevent split ends and breakage and you can maximize your hair's growth. Also, hair grows from the inside so a healthy balanced diet is most important as is getting enough sleep.

I would talk to your doctor about your desire to exercise and your difficulty with asthma. There are always new things coming out and he/she may have a great suggestion for you.

I am one of them, I have arthrosis in the lower back and a splay foot (obese ppl have difficulties jogging too). I recommend a mini (indoor) trampolin/rebounder. Good ones are around 200. Physios use them, too. Maybe book yourself for one or two consecutive hours with a physio to learn how to do it properly, and then off you go. Hours of fun and good excercise!

if i cut my hair ends to prevent breakage after six months..after six months should i hav to face the breakage or i hav to cut them before six months?
If you take really good care of your hair being careful not to damage it and conditioning it regularly and using a leave-in conditioner, you should be able to extend the time between haircuts quite a bit. When you notice that your hair looks like it could use a trim, take off the minimum amount. Try to wait three months between trims until you've added some length.

If so, there are depilatories, which are special creams, but they can sometimes irritate your skin. There is also waxing which gives great smooth results for about 3-6 weeks, but as you know it can sometimes hurt a little. Finally, there is electrolysis and laser removal which is permanent and has to be done by a dermatologist.
hey i use to hula hoop and i know that gives a great workout plus it can be lots of fun there's a lady she teaches hoop dancing and she has a site were you can buy the hula hoop and the hoop dancing dvd which teaches you hoop dancing she also allows costumer to pics out there own look and colors when ordering there hoop my hula hoop was neat because i could undo it and twist it twice to give it a double loop as i closed it to take with me in my suit case when traveling so yeah check it out :)
