  • Now if only I could get my SK-5 to sound this good. Nice work.

  • Can't find this song on your website, what is the name?

  • I really like this song =) Well done

  • soooooo good. You rock hard.

  • great stuff. to me, it's like you were presented with a set of limitations-the limited sounds of the SK-1-and made it into something really great with Acid without having to workaround it by bending it. not that there's anything wrong with bending stuff; some of it is actually kind of good, but a lot of it is sort of annoying.

  • which rhythm did you use?

  • Wow, this is so soothing and relaxing, i could fall asleep to this at night. I love what you've done here.

  • i like this a lot more than circuitbending the hell outta an sk-1 for creating car-accident-like-sounds

  • Here here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree with you, I can't stand Circuit Bending myself, this video shows creativity, It shows that you can be creative with anything without making drastic changes. All you need here is the SK-1 in question, a computer with the right software and you're good to go. I'm not a musician so I really have no right to talk.

  • it's amazing to hear how a little casio keyboard can make such beautiful sounds. excellent work!

  • Now this is definitive proof that you don't need anything fancy to make amazing music. If someone can make an SK-1 sound like a million bucks, its all a testament to the user, and not the instrument you use.

  • I understand the internal speaker in the SK-1 is monoraural, but do you get stereo sound when you use headpnones? I suspect you don't but I thought I'd ask. Once again, I really like what you've done here.

  • I really like what you've done with this. Very impressive, much more impressive than Circuit bending! Keep up the good work.

  • great job- i have the sk1 as well. super fun. nice track.

  • This track is really fantastic! Too bad that Casio stopped building instruments like the SK-1 or the CZ series.

  • WOW! cool song!

    Very cool use an SK!

    Love the song. Great job!

  • the SK-1 was my first real keyboard. Followed by a CZ-101, then a Korg DW-6000, then an Ensoniq Mirage, Ensoniq EPS-16, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Roland JX-8P, Moog Opus 3, Korg Poly-6...The best was still the SK-1.

  • hey, thats a really cool song, reminds of william orbit, but more floaty. =)

i'm trying to download it from yr website, but its just plaing in quicktime rather than downloading... any advice? cheers

  • I used to have an SK-1 but I dropped it in the swimming pool :(

  • that must be where they all ended up

  • LOL...yeah floating at the top for a second then sinking like the titanic

  • Ha, I don't know why, but that is really funny. I actually chuckled, which is rare

  • I am glad that I was able to bring a laugh to you. :)

  • Sehr schön gemacht!

  • Amazing!

I don't know why people love glitchy noises so much!

Listening to this, i'm convinced in buying an SK-1 :D

  • Nice to see you didn't bend the hell out of it and kept it simple. Sometimes that's the best way to go. Great job on this song, I love it.

  • Thank you very much. My SK-1 is not modified. It's just a multi track recording using some actual software. You can download the track in stereo from my website.
