Bosnia & Hercegovina is a european country,so yes,we have internet, cellphones, a working infastructure with roads, trains, busses, airlines etc. Although some US-cellphones don't work in Europe for some reason. It's cheaper than most european countries in many areas, such as food,hotels and so on.
The country has also been fairly cleared from landmines in the populated areas, but there are still restricted mountains and forrests that are not cleared. These mountains however are marked with landmine signs. So just "don't tread on untread paths" and you will be fine. ;-)
I home you will visit B&H some day,'cause most of the people ARE very friendly..(although we too have our share of jerks, like every other country unfortunatly). But don't worry we're only jerks to are own people! hehe Anyways, you're welcome! Ps: sorry 'bout my bad english
