What they've failed to mention is that Hart,Shaffner & Marx were a Jewish firm,treating their fellow Jews in this indifferent manner.You can sugar-coat these memories in the warm liberal glow of kinship,but it was one of the reasons the Jews were so mistrusted in the Communist scares around the world and the US;because they'd been such fomenters,instigators and revolutionaries in Russia,not simply because of their ancestry,but their proven historical behavior.

There were plenty of Americans who owned large corporations who treated their fellow Americans terribly, just as the British did. Maybe you need to read a little more on history because your statement is very narrow minded. It had more to do with a class system and nothing to do with fellow kindship of people who were born the same race. This is predominant in my family who were well off.
