The best cover ive ever heard of nicks guitar playing...Fantasic!!

However,the song and the words themselfs belong to a very depressed person,very difficult to perform,ive listened to Nick singing it...and,well,i guess one has to be very depressed to sound like that?

interesting way to make it a little easier with that tuning...but you leave out the 7th's that way. i like the challenge of playing it in EADEBe. nonetheless, i still loved this cover, and i hate most nd covers. beatiful voice, pretty good playing. keep it up! nickd rake is the best

Nicely played, great plucking, wonderful voice.

BUT (a pretty big but) in the part between 0:53 and 1:04 there's some tone missing - can't put my finger on it but it sounds like there's too much emphasis on the bass melody so it gets a slightly "stompy" quality. Maybe it has to do with your tuning. I play the song in the following tuning: EADEBE Capo 2nd fret.

the reason people don't like this is bbecause she's playing it an easy way with the incorrect tuning which uses more open strings and sounds less tight.

thank you :) the guitar is tuned from lowest to highest DGDDAd.

Also thank you, because i had to retune my guitar to figure out what notes the strings were tuned to and I ended up writing a new song in that tuning.

Good cover and nice job with the singing. Think your tuning is a little off. Try a standard tuning with the G string dropped to E and a capo on the second fret. This allows for some of the notes that aren't carrying to ring open. Great job though!

Angela this is wonderful. I thought it was a joke at first because the guitar sounded so much the the origional recording. i was waiting to hear nick's voice come in.
