Regardless of where the funeral took place, the CM, as a citizen of India, has every right to to Bangalore. I still don't quite get your point of Bangalore being depicted as part of Kerala.

The point is Major Sandeep's father may have been under shock and that may have led to him using the word dog first. What was the need for VS to retaliate? Cant he digest a small slight from a father who is tryng to mourn his sons loss in silence? Why did VS go there first of all?

The point is that my comments here are about THIS video clip. It is a news-clip from "Time-Now".

The news-reader mentions the word "dog" and says "THESE are the words he used". THESE = plural. This implies the CM used many bad words. Now, that is a lie. The CM only used ONE word "dog", that too, he reiterated the very word/phrase that he heard from the martyr's father.

That is my only point of commenting on this video. This is not to chastise the martyrs father, but the news-media.

What I do not agree to is that the media and many commentators are harping on the fact that the CM used the word "dog" when it was the martyrs father who used it first.

I don't know what prompted him to call the CM a dog. Not merely in his capacity as a CM, even a civilian like you and me does not deserve to be called a "dog".

First of all, Sandeep's father did not call CM a dog, though he thoroughly deserved to be called one. He called the CM's entourage as dog. He is a proud father of a martyr who laid down his life to protect us. What is Achootanandan's business in saying this? We all know that achootanandan is uneducated, but he should atleast know how to behave in these circumstances. Its a shame that he continues to be the CM.

True, the CM did mention "dog", but it was in context of the fact that the martyr's father had called him a "dog" in the first place. The media tactfully hid the complete truth and focussed on one particular thing.

Most young people are hot-headed, don't realise the truth, and over-react to dramatic news. Media is also a business, so they try to create drama. I only wish people used wisdom, not emotion.

Given the CM's contribution to the state of Kerala, or the lack thereof, should not blind us to the game of fabrications and misrepresentations that the media is playing.
