the kick to his head did nothing to protect the people on the sidewalk, either way, its wrong and against the law. The bad guy will be judged as the law says, the cop is not the law, nor does he deside any penalties nor is he allowed to issue or inflict harm like that if the person is not physically ressisting arrest, thats why he was tickted for evasion, that is not resisting arrest, different charge. The man did not ressist physicaly agaisnt the office, bad call on officers side and bad guys.

oh wait a minute here the police officer should have not pursued the criminal on the sidewalk from second 9 to second 15 from video footage, rule of law must be fulfilled but not violated to preserve law. the officer needs to receive a traffic violation and a drivers suspension along with the petty criminal, who by the way would still receive an alley beating by me for driving on the sidewalk and almost running over the bus pedestrian

sorry infowarlord i have to pass on this one, the rule of law must be upheld even if the bastards that run the show are evil, unethical, and immoral. most police and military first responders are good, the best in men, however there are some if not many bad apples do not let this footage allow you to pass bad judgement, it could of been your family member waiting for a bus on that day

well from 10 seconds to 15 seconds he clearly drove on the sidewalk and almost hit a pedestrian waiting for the bus. if i was there with a badge and gun that bastard would have received an "alley beating", the chopper should have not filmed the "reflex response from the officer after the fugitive verbally claimed he was free to escape" jury verdict acquittal on all charges save the footage please.
