Juan Morel who just turned pro spent a lot of money just to get to nationals couldnt even affford the hotel his coach paid for it. young dudes like me where we dont have to pay rent just getting a free ride have it a bit easier but doing a 9 to 5 and bodybuilding is hard Kai could train like pro before he became a pro. SInce stripping was his income
I hear Kai is such a great humble down to earth guy! so sad that a guy with such talent for the sport and yet has to be living like skid row like this!
@roberto347 Man thas Brooklyn thas Kai's warrior zone. Brooklyn is a great part of NY. The grittiness is what makes you dig deep and work hard. Kaid doesnt have to live here its who he is
@Bones98 i hate dave palumbo.... he claims that all of his gains and muscle was from HIS supplement line, even though he didnt have a line until long after he retired.... plus he went to prison for selling fake steroids to minors, MINORS... some great personality dave has, now kai is the one with the great personality
true, but people make dumbass mistakes... All I'm trying to say is that Dave Palumbo was trying to emphasize the little means Kai has when preparing for the show and he worked hard to overcome those obstacles.

I like Dave, he's a great personality.
I feel bad for Kai for all the hardship he has been through and I hope things will get better for him in the future. He is truly an inspiring person.
