It's hard to see in the video but that was a bird (tail of a Black Phoebe) which wanted to use the camera on the tripod as a perch while it hunted for flying insects.. Trouble with those birds is that they poop more than they eat (I know, sounds physically impossible, until you see one in action!) and would have made a mess of the camera in short order! Fortunately it didn't stick around long. :-)
