You should have restarted your computer after udating.. I just tested ESET Smart Security and I had to reboot. The tray icon in this video is orange, after you restart it's blue.
Also.. I don't remember where it was in the program but it said system must be restarted after update.
Nothing got trough when I tested it against like 100 links.
Guys, You have to keep in mind that he is downloading and installing 10 malicious files at a time. No anti virus program that is out right now will be able to catch every little file at once. If you have NOD32 and Malwarebytes your almost completely safe just get spybot search and destroy also and your all good.

Good review. Thanks. Nice you try to test an anti virus out of the box. But you didn't crank up the settings to maximum. I am sure it would have gotten a 9 1/2 or even a 10 if you would have.

Eset Nod32 Smart Security is wrong. Eset Nod32 is a antivirus software from Eset. The same is Smart Security. It's 2 different antivirus programs.
