that performance was awsome, i watched it on D*conTV. im still pissed that the sword guy got 1st place... it IS a costume contest afterall.. impressive yes, costume no...

I was impressed with the Gothom Girls, as well as many of the other fabulous costumes and performances. These girls had a very impressive performance which enhanced their super fabulous costumes. The "sword guy" had an impressive performance enhanced by three lovely golden goddesses. Those headdresses where a bitch to make, and that body paint was not a piece of cake to put on. I would still pick the Gotham girls over us, but our costumes weren't too shabby.-Golden Goddess Performer/Costumer

It's not exactly a '1st place/2nd place' situation. We both got best in show, but there's BOS-Masters and BOS. Anyone in masters cannot win the generic BOS because of assumed skill level. I know we were really confused about it when we won BOS last year.

It's not really a 1st place / 2nd place scenario. Our skit was in the Masters category, where as the sword group was not, meaning that they couldn't win BOS Masters any more than we could win BOS regular.

The Masquerade is Sunday night. It's one of the "main" events for costumers of the weekend - and usually has an overflow room because it is so packed.
