I'm pretty sure the chords for billy's acoustic part are, in order: C D G G7 (G7 is an unusual chord that sounds really cool, it's also used in emotionless) The frets for G7 from the sixth string to the first string are: 320001. Billy is using a delay pedal so it will sound a little different if you pick it without one, but still cool. Benji also plays it in that other acoustic version of this song here on youtube, the last chord of the chorus. Try it!

I love this song but I'm not happy with Benji's vocals. He shouldn't be singing it so high, his mic should be turned down some too.

Seriously, thats the only thing that bugged me about the performance in Cologne (just by watching a few videos). However,Billy has an amazing clean tone to his guitar during the extended break, major props!!
