Wow, I just salivated onto my keyboard.

I find myself making grilled-cheese like a "Cuban" is made now. Cold-cuts and pickle slices inside. Gotta be the right cold-cut though, the sweetness of black forest ham does WONDERS for the salty cheesy combo, honey-ham pushes that sweetness a bit over but then some chicken or turkey breast brings it back into a comfort zone that says, "Grab a ginger-ale and some of the gnarliest flavored Ruffles you can find, sit, eat and enjoy!".

The first time I saw it, I spotted this truck on my way home. It just sounded like the most epic idea for a food truck (grilled cheese is my ultimate comfort food), so I later sought it out. Soooo good!!! And it was parked next to a Mexican/Asian fusion café, so I got to have an oolong boba with my sandwich. :D
