see this is why Elissa is my favourite Arabic singer to date. She is modern in her own way but at the same time she still includes Arab instrumentals. Most Arab singers now are just flat out a waste, they totally change what Arab music is all about and try to westernize them.Sometimes you can't even recognize that it's an Arab song till the singer starts to sing which I think is pathetic because the unique music of Arabic is romantic and kills all western music out there, and I live in Canada.
