  • @Pikansokamikaze, the Colt name was also used for the version sold by Chrysler Corporation at Dodge and later Chrysler-Plymouth dealers in the U.S. and Canada. When Chrysler had the Eagle brand after acquiring American Motors, there was also a version called the Eagle Summit.

  • The music is by the founder of J-Pop music, Yumi Matsutoya (Yuming). Hard to believe that this car eventually "evolved" into the Lancer EVO. BTW, it was almost unheard of to ave gaijin in commercials back then...except for Arnold, that is. LOL

  • Quite an upright rear on the 3-door (esp when compared with the fastback profile of the 5-door) - actually in some markets a van version of the Mirage hatchback was sold, without the rear side windows!
