I dont know if anyone else posted this solution yet: You always have to rotate the rear adjustment 8/3 mark that is normally alinged one click clockwise past the 8/3 mark. This allows for proper zero at 25 meters. Once you are on target you click the 8/3 mark back in line and it is zeroed out to 300 meters.

It may have been a year ago yes, but still that is a shit shot. I did marksman tournaments when I was younger and that kid probably does, but with a .22 without dealing with recoil. Though the AR is a .223 which will undoubtedly be more accurate. I own the same rifles(American AK though), I know what I'm talking about. Make a new video of it and prove your progress(Which I don't doubt). You don't get bullet drop at 30 yards. Velocity starts lowering at 600 yards(Drastically).

On th AR-15 issue if you're using the holographic sight the the two screws on the right side of the sight can be adjusted for elevation and windage. Adjusting the front sight post while using a holographic wont do anything.

@StiThis1 Sorry, I've been careless, didn't really watch the whole video.:D I just wanted to say that the most similar AR and AK's are carbine versions of AR's (e.g. M-4s) and AK-74's since they are in the same caliber and barrel length class. So comparing an AKM with an AR is really comparing apples to oranges. While I assume you know that, there are many kids out there watching these videos that haven't got a clue.

Your AR should be sighted for 100 yards with iron sights. Take it to a gunsmith, change the sights, or go to optics. Then range the optics with a spotter. My best guess, and suggestion

Very well done. Also, Quick piece of advice. Bring the stock up higher on your shoulder and put you cheek firmly against it just below the cheekbone. It will tighten up your groups quite a bit. And by the way, under no circumstances should you lightly rest your cheek on the stock. Press firmly or it will hurt you eventually. *laughs* I found that out the hard way. Good video. I'm always happy to see more freaks like me shooting responsibly.
