Try Fransisco Tarrega's version of La Malagueña (I think that's the song playing). It's rather complex, but not too hard to learn. I often play it.

This version resembles (one of) Paco de Lucia's versions on La Malagueña, wich I have not found in tabulature, But there are countless versions of this theme. Could be another one.
