@alexii188 at the very least the title of this video is misleading. you dont sound like an expert in any of the areas you mentioned. wearing glasses has many negative consequencies. their only benefit is that they make money for the retailers. glasses have never helped or cured any eyesight problem. any problem will continue to exist. so it cannot be called a 'health product'.
one small problem. if that girl talking did eye exercises she wouldn't have to wear glasses. needing glasses in 95% cases is just down to lazy, unadaptive eyes. So why trust anyone with glasses. They obviously dont know the usefulness of eye exercises, about the importance of peripheral vision and depth perception.
Also you dont wear glasses while doing eye exercises. Completely pointless because glasses undermine any improvement
@RestoreEyesightNow These exercises are about the facial muscles surrounding the eye area, right? I don't think it's related to actual eyesight, which is something else entirely. The lady says they're to counter stress, aging, etc. Nothing to do with glasses.
Looks good but it is difficult to really see where her fingers are in two exercises... thumbs on temple where is the index finger position? and the other is it pinching the eyebrow??
WOW!!! amazing, great techniques, I feel the difference just from one session..THANX!!!....I recommend working with some 'chi 'energy circulation along with this towards the eyes along with these techniques it's very powerful. It helps with vision also, but mainly the whole eye muscular region & tension/pressure release....for improved eye vision, gotta to add the inner body chi with heat (panas) and circulate it to the eyes (try yoga eye exercises) try it it will work Im on a mission myself!
Hi, thanks a lot for the advice! About acupressure, I'd like to know: How long do you keep pressing the area (seconds), how many times you do it, and how strongly you have to press. Take care!
is this permanent.? how many times do i have to this to last? thanks

This video is wonderful. Can you also create one for nasal labial folds?

Very nice, I like the way you combine both eastern & western methods in an easy to follow sequence.
Thank You
