I enjoyed your improvisation very much. I never played those boogie-woogie octaves with my left hand but you definitely made me want to try them. Thanks!
very good man!! is very difficult to me the coordination between my left and right hands if I play this rythm on my left hand :S, but i'd like to tell you that I'm learning a lot thanks to your videos so..thank you very much to spend your time teaching to everyone!! ;)
Just a little tip for you, mr MusicGuru, when you hit the octaves, you might consider using your fourth finger for the black notes, it sits easier on the notes and allows for more dexterous playing
I've been playing since I was 6 and started improv at 12. Like your boogy woogy. I found blues a bit limited after a while and went on to learn a bit more jazz. You're pretty talented! keep it up! and Keep learning and teaching!
genius! i've leanrt alot from your lessons thanks! by the way i'm sometimes concerned about doing bad fingering; when running up ad down the blues scale fast is it best with 2 fingers, middle and index? plz reply, thanks!
