I know that they are singing in Laos in the First and Third Verse, but what is the 2nd? English? because I am not understanding it too much. Maybe English with a heavy Lao Accent?

Thanks for your interest. I agree it's hard to understand the English verses, especially when they sing fast. Keep in mind these are the first bilingual generation. Their Lao accent is obvious. Sorry. I guess many of us know the song.
