  • Hey Mattie, I was recently diagnosted with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and am looking for lunch ideas that are low in carbs, sugars, and higher in protein. Salads are getting boring for me.

  • @cutesyxgirl911 High protein wraps are a good substitute....just make sure to load up the veggies and meat...like sliced chicken or turkey or tuna. Soups can be very healthy if you avoid the noodly, ricey ones and add in your own chicken or meat. Amy's makes a great veggie soup...I add in left over chicken or chopped up lean steak.

  • 100 cal in 2 tbsp of hummus? I eat hummus with like half that in the same amount

  • I LOVE YOU , I LOOOOOVE THIS VIDEOOO! :X:X:X

  • Great video. This is my first time watching you, are you a nutritionist?

  • @canadianwoman1961 Me too! You are onto something really good. Please let us all know how it goes. M

  • Mattie, so its ok to skip breakfast right? cuz im just not hungry for it. dinner is more like my thing but i know its bad to eat at night.

  • @itsaLia Skip breakfast only if you are not hungry. Never force yourself to eat! ever! Honor your own timing. I'm generally not hungry until about 11AM so I'm sure not going to pound down a few hundred calories just because some disembodied nutritional 'know it all' tells me to. I eat when I'm hungry. I'll cover this very soon in a video covering meal times. overall, count the calories for the day, eat them whenever you want and make sure its veggie, meat and good fat...no sugar or processed

  • @itsaLia why is it bad to eat night??? because thays what we supposed to believe?

  • According to my Psychology class, your client has an oral fixation.

  • I think that this will work for me! Thanks so much!!

  • cool thanks for making this

  • This looks great, and thank you! I was wondering if you were thinking about another 1200 cal/p/d menu? I was told today that I must cut out all sugar, nearly all dairy, and nearly all carbs! My options are limited now, no more Laughing cow , no more tortilla wraps....no grapes, and they were adamant No More Wine!!!!!!! Whats a gal to do? Asseemingly I have an overgrowth of candida :-( Anyway, Love the vids! keep 'em coming! x

  • @dylandebbiesteph Once you cut out all refined carbs for a bit your body will rebalance and you'll be able to add back in the occasional hi pro/low carb tortilla and bit of cheese...can't live without /em!

Let your body come back to it's natural state, it won't take long at all if you eat a strictly veggie/meat/good fat diet.

  • What are your favorite body products such as creams, body washes, etc.? Always great to see you!

  • The shrimp looked really good. I need to pick some up! And I love Hummus :)
