What was the charge? Being on the sidewalk? The only people blocking the sidewalk were the NYPD. How were they supposed to disperse when they were blocked in? If someone was walking on the sidewalk on there way home, and OWS walked by at that moment, they would have gotten arrested too for simply being there. When there is no way to tell the difference between a person walking home and the protesters you are arresting, there is a serious problem...
