  • @liftskirtandinsert anywhere from 3 to 6 it really matters on how many days you do back, if you do 3 days a week you do do like 3 or 4, if you only do 1 then you can do them all really depends on your prefer.

  • Bienmex doesn't know what he's talking about. Alot of shoulder and upper back workouts aren't about lifting heavy weight. Like Huangsuwu said it's more about repetion. Many of the upper back muscles are small and it doesn't take alot of weight to work them out. Too many people go to the gym trying to be hotshots and lifting heavyweight and they don't have the right form and they end up hurting themselves. The kid in the video had good form and was doing the workouts properly
