Nice video! And I like the mural, very nice. By the way, I've found that the best strike for a round object, like a coconut, is a hammerfist strike. It lets you apply TONS (pun intended) of pressure on a relatively small surface and the large amounts tissue on that part of the hand serv as a form of protection for the bones. Nice video.

pretty cool, but being able to do that with preparation isn't the same as a spontaneous attack against a moving, thinking opponent.
it shows great focus and singularity of will though, good job.
