Do these rings seem like they would work with the Koosh Vortex blasters?

I have a Tordado X/2, but no rings. I've seem several tutorials, including a labor intensive version involving old lightsabers and another involving duct tape, and I would very much like to know if these may work with the vortex line (I'm expecting them to not work with the firestorm, but it can't hurt to ask.)

I love Nerfer logic:" I never bought this because it used to be 12, but now that their 3 I bought every one they had at the store". hehehe, its like post-xmas Longshot shopping all over again! Either way they do look like fun blasters, but only look practical if they where an HvZ mission item....and would have major problems if their ammo was lost. BTW, on that target sale, the Missile blast was the best deal (7.50 for an absolving blaster? hell yes).

@skullface1818 Ive admitted before that I have a problem with sales, once things become a good deal I decide to stock up on them and share them with my friends. At $12 for 1 blaster, it wouldn't be worth it, but if I can buy 4 for $8 and equip some buddies with something fun, then I can chalk it up to a win. At the end of the day, it's really all about how much fun I get out of my purchases and sales let me share that fun a lot easier.

@skullface1818 Well said, didn't mean any disrespect :P at least it was a better deal than the 2$ mini pistol their selling at wallgreens. It looked like a mini tec-target, but it really just isn't built the same. I still need to give it a better barrel, but It still wont really work as good as I would had like it to :(

I can't tell for sure from the video, but it looks kinda like you're loading the rings backwards. The fat edge needs to be forward so it has an airfoil shape.
