Back in the 70's my band use to play in a pub down in the basement of the Cresent. On our breaks we would go deep into the bowles of the Hotel to smoke a joint. This Hotel was and is an amazing place but we never got spooked by the ghosts that live there.
I Worked there..and was told of hauntings..and worked at the sister hotel, the Basin....sorry to say, the owner with his loving dog passed away in a car accident with his wife who is still alive...dog and husband died...they will be missed!!!

The first thing we're going to do is take the ghost tour. Then, we'll by the room key to room 218 and we'll see if it's haunted or not. (duh, duh, duh.)

The upper balcony also seriously creeps me out. I've heard a lot of stories about the place, most of them probably anecdotal, but the true history of the place (Dr. Baker, burning tower)is creepy enough, and the vibe of the place can be downright unsettling.
I just got back from a trip to the Crescent, and many of the photos I took are similar to yours, including the one of the two picture frames, and the one not standing at the bottom of the staircase.

Wow, the Crescent Hotel. I've been there a few times, but I wasn't lucky enough to go on the haunted tour or get any pictures of floating orbs like you did. But this cute little cat followed me around the hotel. LOL. Doesn't the place give you any eery feeling?

the old morgue floor looks very much like the inside of a dirty workshop but does give off a huge creep vibe , the bowling alley is round the spa
