  • Lonnie Donegan was Brill!!! Thanks for posting. Brings back good memories when I was a paper boy here in the UK in the late fifties.This was a flip B side to one of his many hits!!! Does anybody remember the A side?

  • @goneoverboard2 ..I Wanna Go Home (Wreck of the 'John B') it got to #5 in the uk in 1960...The Beach Boys also did a version called "Sloop John B" which everybody and their mother knows...Mark

    Cheers Mark!!! Thanks for the info and for posting. Should have known as Lonnie`s version of "I wanna go home" was one of the songs my Brother and I used to perform in the Pubs and Clubs in the sixties. "Sweet sixteen" being another one. Look forward now to listening to some of the other L D songs you have posted. Cheers.
