@Alterach I suggest to stay in the outskirts of the map instead of trying to engage or fly over ANY ground units, and bait and prowl enemy aircraft at least until you can unlock IR flares/countermeasures. Continue to progressively attack various aircraft until you're comfortable and learned some evasive maneuvers against aircraft then start attacking infantry and jeeps. Continue till u unlock AIM9 Sidewinders and AGM Mavericks.
