He appears to be disgusted by the vagisniper and because he is, the BLU spy blasts him into the wall, which injures the vagisniper. He disappears. Vagisniper being depressed, he sees the BLU spy again and then realized it was part of his delusions. Whether it was or not, he knew what the spy was trying to tell him:

However, after seeing what his once close friend had become, the Spy rejects the Sniper. This devistates him, and leaves him to wallow in his solitude. Having made things worse, he contemplates such options as quitting and suicide. Spy had been spying on him throughout this, genuinely concerned for his well being.
The Vagisniper was having a fine day, going to visit his friend the Blu Spy, But when he got there, he found himself overwhelmed by the Blu Spy's beauty, as he was flung back in awe. Later on , he was depressed because he made such a mockery of himself in front of Blu Spy, and was formulating a plan to get Blu spy to notice him!

The Vagisniper was having a fine day, going to visit his friend the Blu Spy, But when he got there, he found himself overwhelmed by the Blu Spy's beauty, as he was flung back in awe. Later on , he was depressed because he made such a mockery of himself in front of Blu Spy, and was formulating a plan to get Blu spy to notice him!
