Hey thanks 4 the comment! The dresses is made w/ 1 or 2 garlic cloves grated, grated ginger (as much as u like, I use 1tsp), around 3tbs of non filtered apple cider vinegar (I really like Braggs brand), lemon juice (how ever much u like, I love lemon so I use 1/2 of a lemon), organic cold pressed olive oil (I used around 2tbs or more depending on how much fat I want) & then add ur favorite herbs! I love chopped basil or rosemarry! :) Be creative & c what measurements suite ur pallet :)

I make mine with the juice of 1 lemon and/or 1 lime, 3 TBSP of extra-virgin olive oil, 4-5 cloves of garlic, a tsp. or so of dulse flakes and the same amount of kelp granules or powder. I will have to try the mixing in of ACV with the citrus juice and some ginger. I clip up fresh basil on my salads too - I haven't tried fresh rosemary but do use it with fresh sage in my raw crackers. YUM!
