This guy don't even workout you can look at him and tell that. I on the other hand have a 500lbs deadlift, 550lbs squat and 300plus pound bench press and a max dumbell press of 140lbs. Oh yeah I can curl up to 180lbs on the bicep curls and I can sholuder press 240lbs. If you seen me I look like an College defensive back. I have a 240lbs powerclean. Let me at her in football we train to hit hard. This man in this pic is a puny human. I can lift a quarter of a ton let me at her.
