The swastika is actually one of the most common symbols in history. Almost every civilisation has had a version of it. I think the current explanation for the swastika phenomenon is that it is a depiction of asteroids entering the earths atmosphere, which would explain how cultures that never encountered one another have a staggeringly simmilar symbol. They were all members of the airplane so You are right but they were not a band of separate people. They introduced Papa John Creach into HT then JA on violin. Originally HT were going to be called Hot Shit but their record company thought it wasn't commercial enough. They also started off as an acoustic blues band.

It is particularly curious that today the strongers resurgence of Nazism are underground movements in Scandanavian countries (see Saga videos on Utube) have nazi sympathies. The idea that one could wear a swastika in that time and not have some relationship to Nazism is far fetched.
