it is all well and good but at higher stages of double the shuttle is going to land on the back line if it is flicked. in this video it is only travelling half way three quarters of the way back making it in a good position to smash. the alternative is to stand about half a step back and be ready to play a drop or high clear to as not many people will be able to get back from the from to the back in time to play a smash right after service.
