Cutting taxes is worse than slavery. In the 1920s the taxes were high in the 70% range and cut causing the great depression. The depression did not end until 1944 when taxes were raised to 94% and the upper bracket dropped to $200,000. Clinton raised taxes causing the budget to be balanced and economy to improve.
