3 xbox 360's did u even try the 8 penny trick i did it ive havent had a problem since u see the flaw with the xbox 360 is that microsoft instead of putting more fans in it they put these thermal pads on 4 chips now one side of the xobx is fine but the other side with the 4 chips isnt it can get over heated easily now there are 2 ways i know how to prevent this

1. big ass fan, place it on the side that gets overheated and also angle so its facing the back.

2. take off the thermal pads and wrap 2 pennies together in electrical tape u need 8 pennies divided into stacks of two just wrap every stack in electrical tape now put a plastic wrap thin layer of thermal glue ontop of each chip make sure u dont get any on the motherboard. once the pennies are in place put the metal case overtop and put the xbox back together than do the towel trick once cuz the xbox doesnt know its fixed yet. and your problem is solved
