Kim Clijsters v. Venus Williams | 2005 US Open

I can't help but noticing that the HUGE decline in tennis was when Serena and Venus couldn't play in late 2010 and Wozniacki became No.1, I'm not saying that Wozniacki sucks, but I'm saying without someone that can actually rival Kim Clijsters, (with the exception of Ana Ivanovic when she serves those huge serves and hit those huge forehands, but Ana is very inconsistent as of late) it is hard for women's tennis to be watchable.

Quarterfinals today aren't nearly this epic! This year's US Open was boring even if Serena was there. Without high quality players like Clijsters/Williams/Henin (who I hate)/Davenport/fit Sharapova/Hingis and many others who made women's tennis watchable, women's tennis is going down.
