How to Build a Wooden Bookshelf : How to Install Door Hinges on a Bookshelf

I am new to woodworking and have made several projects including a platform bed and dinning room table. However, i used a circular saw to make my final cuts. I, now, want to upgrade to a table saw that would allow me to grow into it a bit, without regreting my purchase a year from now as i get better. Keeping budget in mind, what would you recommend me purchase, what exactly do i look for in a saw? I am trying to get good enough to make some cabinets! Please advise.

Pretty Good; but could have been better with explanation on the alignment of the Hinges on the inside of the Cabinet.
