Poor Chicane, totally underrated as a producer these days. How can someone dismiss the cords Chicane used to remix this song? I'll be hard-pressed to another producer who can make a song sound like this. Not even Armin can make a song sound like this, and Armin is at the top of the trance producters. Poor Chicane....

This is Beautiful...Euphoric...uplifti­ng.....a natural high.....'soar above the clouds' feeling..I love 'Chicane'...and i found 'BT' through 'Tiesto'....but with 'chicane'...they have that 'specific' sound...you just know it's them....I don't care about 'music genres' cause they aren't what they used to be...now ,i just make up my 'own'...I call this 'Trance'....maybe it is...maybe it isn't..to each their own <33

Im such a fan of both Chicane and BT . From the mid 90s to 2011. I can't say enough about how much I love them. The genres they were once categorized into for me are dead . I can honestly say they are the only reason I forage into whatever its pigeon holed into nowadays whether it be : Dance/trance/electronica/ambie­nt. Chicane is especially hard to categorize. But meh I dont try to anymore.

@suckerplast If you listen to the second movement of Rachmaninov's 2nd Piano Concerto, it opens pretty much similar to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. Composers and musicians do this, no matter what kind of music genre, simply because true inspiration is sometimes impossible to fake (nowadays). If I were to compose something that I'd think is truly original, it won't. It will somewhat sound like another existing composition. "Rather well stolen than poorly copied" - Igor Stravinsky ;-)

I never knew the importance of this song until I read the lyrics and listened to it carefully. It has brought tears to my eyes and made me realize some valuable things. This is so special to me because he is speaking to me about life and about God and so many other things. I love this song so much.
