This does not look like a tornado warning, maybe a severe thunderstorm warning with flash flooding and frequent lightning.

i would not be scared at all for tornadoes there because in the rain cooled air which the rain is carried in chokes off the warm updraft for a tornado to form.

I have that same siren in Illinois, except it was just a test.

well last night where i live is right on the line of contry and r town and like my dad last night told me to come out in the garage to hear the siren and i could barley hear it and my dad was like laughin for some reason meanwhile i almost peed the shit out of my self

The siren means, "Take shelter immediately!" Loved the thunder, lightening, and rain.  Great video!

Wow! That sure is a big storm! Very loud thunder, too! And that siren is a Thunderbolt 1000T/1003.
