2008 sucked. We finished planting June 23 and we didnt finish combining till March 15 of 2009.... it was nothing short of miserable.

Mowing 13 acres with a sickle bar is nothing. We go through three or four sickles each year trying to keep one working unit in the field. And I'm talking about 30 acres of hay. They clog and miss but they're cheap and get that prairie hay dried out quick. Btw, always enjoy your videos.

Discbine would be nice but only got 13 acres of hay. Would be hard to justify it.

Alos I think discbines are better and are faster than haybines
