  • I just saw them tonight they are fucken epic the lead singer crowd surfed and played on a couch upside down

  • These guys are phenomenal! They sound great live, but I feel even more honored to have met them and played a show with them after watching this video. I hope To Speak of Wolves keeps writing for a long time.

  • This is the only band I know who references Little Red Riding Hood, then again the band is called To Speak Of Wolves...

  • The singer kinda looks like Craig Owens.

  • If you don't like metalcore, get out!

  • Good Song...but my favorite song by them is "Nothing Ever Ends" :)

  • i saw these guys in concert last summer and the lead singer was spitting water on the drummer and into the crowd

  • so good

  • that snare is fucking incredible.

  • Such a good song.

  • @volvagia466 very true. my bad bro. im a newby to these bands, but they are all some of my favs.

  • these dudes throw down! they were in Sav saturday night and the crowd was going crazy for them!

  • Here's an idea guys, if you don't like a band or you have a problem with their label, or your just here cause you love to talk crap because you jealous and know that you will never amount to anything, please don't comment!!!! These guys work hard for what they have. If you like their music, great support them by all means! But if not, go somewhere else and listen to the music you DO like! I just saw these guys live on Thursday night, and they were awesome live! Just sayin.

  • i playted with these guys! :D and had the most awesmomest and insperational conversation :)

  • That girl has some wack hair lol

  • scrwams kinda remind me of Corey from Norma jean (:

  • loved everything but the clean vocals :/ #opinions

  • Heard this song first live, and fell in love. Only good band on this label.

  • @09musiclovers august burns red, oh sleeper, haste the day, underoath, and more all all on this label.. how can you possibly say that they are the only good solid state band?

  • What's up with these newer bands not using any drum variety? It's 2 toms and 2 crashes. Wtf?

  • @guitarheromazter86 one is a ride. and also you hardly need any more than that to play decent drums. having much more than that is really unnecessary.

  • @guitarheromazter86 there's this band, idk if you've heard of them, called August Burns Red. their drummer is super original with 3 toms and 1,000 cymbals.

  • @guitarheromazter86 its called simplicity, take notes

  • @guitarheromazter86 you dont need a huge ass drum cage to make good music..

  • this is the best band on this label, i'm honestly not much into this style of metal or really the other bands on this label but this band is fantastic

  • I only just found this band through Solid State's Wikipedia page. To Solid State: advertise these bands through your other bands' videos! If people like one Solid State band, they'll probably like the others!

  • Lmao is that Tom Green???

  • This is not a bash to this band, but Solid State sucks now. They lose bands like Advent because its not whats going to sell. Your label is a disgrace

  • @drumsallout My bad, I thought labels were about making money, not being fair.... idiot!!

  • @cmdaniels1986 All the good bands are gone: The Chariot, Norma jean, Advent, Life in Your Way. TSOW only got signed because of phil being spencers brother

  • @drumsallout First of all, why do you think these bands are off the label? The Chariot and Norma Jean weren't selling CD's anymore. Advent was on their way out and is breaking up. Life in your way broke up and then returned on CAL. All the bands you mentioned are old and are no longer a cost benefit anymore.

As far as TSOW goes, they did not get signed just because of Phil. A huge reason is because they have ex members of Sullivan. SS would never sign a band if they didn't think it would return

  • @drumsallout Trust me, I know the background on alot of these bands. Solid State is here to stay!

  • Oh.. my... goodness... I LOVE IT! Solidstate forever!

  • saw them live yesterday:D

  • They really didn't have to look far... The drummer is Spencer's (Underoath's vocalist) brother.

  • This is the first band whos clean vocals have a coheed and cambria sound to them and i love it!

  • Solid States talent never ceases to amaze me I saw these guys with emery and it was an awesome show Gage is always on point-JoshuaSiCkNaStY

  • That girl is amazingly attractive

  • The new vocalist is better

  • Saw them last night! Freaking amazing show!

  • i love this band they are EFFIN AMAZING

  • @mrdanielb1996 solid state is a christian label. So yeah.

  • My band played a show with these guys last night.

    Amazing people and amazing performance

  • I'm surprised these guys arent bigger considering the drummer of TSOW is Spencer Chamberlain's younger brother.

  • @nickfraizer24 No lie, I saw them when they were on tour with emery and he was at their merch table and I told him he looked a LOT like Spencer and he was like "Um yeah thats my brother". I was like O_O

  • @nickfraizer24 Phil's relation to Spencer should have nothing to do with TSOW's popularity. and Phil is 3 years older than Spencer, not younger.

  • you guys should tour with woe is me, and sleeping with sirens. just sayin...

  • wow the clean vocals actually don't sound like shit unlike most metalcore band, in fact i really like the vocals!

  • hello, (XD) is To Speak To Wolves christian??

  • @mrdanielb1996 Yeah, you should hear the new vocalist when he speaks in between songs. They're great Christians and the new lead singer was Oh Sleeper's (AWESOME Christian band) merch guy. His words gave me goosebumps, they're very inspirational men.

  • these guys are amazing live!

    '

  • pure... sweetness, im supprized i've never heard them. 5/5

  • if they sound like anyone it would be Oh Sleeper. hmm... wonder why????

  • The drummer is Spencer Chamberlains bro......

  • @jedimasterviewtifjoe That's how I first found out about these guys.

  • @jedimasterviewtifjoe that explains the hair!

  • @jedimasterviewtifjoe no the drummer is Phil his brother.

  • Awesome song, can't wait to see them live on the 30th!

  • this is garbage. breaks my heart to see what solid state has become. all of the bands on ss are either trying to sound like the devil wears prada or august burns red. be original. pathetic

  • @ARMYxSURROUNDED you seem to be one of those mainstream loving faggots so go back to fuckin your dog and quit trollin. The only thing pathetic on this video is your dumbass comment.

  • @ARMYxSURROUNDED How does this sound like TDWP or abr? like....there is no similarities. This is basically as original as it gets.

  • @CivilSweetness really?cause ive heard doezens of other bands just like this. its ALL the same.

  • @razorguitar777 Name 3 bands that sound like this. And dont be ignorant and say the devil wears prada or august burns red, because for one, those 2 bands sound nothing a like at all, and tsow doesnt sound like either of them.

  • @CivilSweetness well, look in the suggestions lol

  • i love this band

  • Wow! Reminds me of Thrice! ♥

  • saw them in Kissimmee fucking insane!!!!

  • Hey I saw these guys last night. Great show.

  • @letsgodobsflips i was at greene street too. he came out and moshed with us!!!

  • @elimenohpee182 Hell yeah!!! Were you one of the guys backing him up after he pushed that guy? hahaha

  • WIN!

  • that lady had really puffy hair....

    good song though.

  • Saw them this past Monday- they're a pretty awesome set of dudes.

  • im really diggin all the tempo changes. amazing song :)

  • great band.

  • I saw these guys at an emery concert now im in love with thier music

  • @LoveMetalForLife you mean last night at the new daisy? cause i am also momentarily diggin them pretty hard. :)

  • @saringuitarist No i saw them at station four in St. Paul (= it was a great show.

  • These guys are amazing!

  • i saw these guys tonight, love at first site <3

  • @skatebullet they have their good and bad shows...they put so much energy into their music that they tend to forget that it adversely effects their singing....they are still wicked talented as a band...give them another chance!

  • If her hair had a sound, it'd be,"Poof, poof, poof".

  • @skatebullet Well everyone's not perfect. lol jk nah I really liked em. Going from regular to acoustic was awesome. And they sounded great. They also really got the crowed going. I just thought they were perfect for like a little theater place I was at. But I'm sorry you didn't like em that much.

  • @JdhYounglikesPaige i know! i was like "FUCK YEAH!!" did you see the guys that got into the fight after they went off? one of them was me.

  • They are fucking awesome live! just got back from an Emery show that they opened for. The crowd totally got into it.

  • @DakotahRoss Yeah that concert was awesome!!! Although I thought he was going to take my bright blue beanie off my head. Guess I would of went with it, but I gotta say Emery blew my mind!

  • @indeed478 lol yeah. they were great, but im not a "true fan" if you will. i only knew listening to freddy mercury and walls. i think i liked to speak of wolves better.

  • @froglicker17 I feel ya. I myself have been a huge fan of Emery for a long time. I basically knew every song they did, well except the new ones, so I loved it. You seem to have a better time at a concert if you know what they're playing. Anyways it was an all around great concert. Well worth my 15 bucks. lol

  • @indeed478 yeah absolutely! lol i think the fight made it a bit better for me. haha

  • To Speak of Wolves and Before there was Rosalyn coming to Abilene...so stoked

  • I GET TO SEE THEM TOMORROW IN GOSHEN!!!!!!

  • I love personal little concerts at Lighthouse... Come back to Midlo!

  • I cannot wait to see these guys with emery march 7th!

  • @kslubs Go Minneapolis.

  • 2:50 lead hits the rythem guitarist in the head haha XD

  • Hmm, maybe little less growling and it would be 10/10 :D

  • THANK YOU EMERY FOR SHOWING ME THIS BAND

  • Seen them last night....IT WAS SO CRAZY!!! I now LOVE this band!!!! nise ppl!

  • Demon Hunter+August Burns Red=To Speak of Wolves

  • Wow....Solid State, you never cease to amaze me on the talent you guys find (:

  • dude the truth cannons r damn great live. saw them at saint marks in b-town,nc and they were great

  • awesome

  • Solid State sure knows how to find the most amazing bands

  • 3:13 = best part of this video.

  • Is this a Christian band?

  • @TheMilkshakeCompany im not shure but probably... most solidstate is christian

  • @Sife888 Oh, okay thanks.

  • We are opening for To Speak Of Wolves on Oct. 29th in Lynchburg, VA!

Check out the video we have of a demo song!!! Come to the show

  • @AEDiablo I totally agree.. the only thing is I wish Solid State would do more for their bands as far as advertising and stuff goes. They could be a little more generous considering what I've heard from their bands. I hope SS wakes up soon!

  • its Spencer Chamberlain playing the drums!!!! oh wait nvm its his brother ;)

  • @llamazz OMG I know EXACTLY what you're saying! xD Especially since you can't see Phil's face then it's so easy to imagine it as Spee! lol

  • I'm opening up for these guys friday!

  • @123metallicaaddict whats the name of your band?

  • @SuperMaggot101 We attack on sunday. look us up on face book

  • @123metallicaaddict Wow, that's awesome. Good luck. And I love the name.

  • New favorite band!

  • This is the kind of song that makes me wish there was a repeat button on youtube (:

  • this is.. just AMAZING!!!!!

  • @h4rdr0k3r HELL YEAH IT IS :D

  • @AEDiablo I'm kinda glad that the bands I listen to don't have as much popularity as them. Would you want all our favorite bands to go main steam, play at big as amphitheaters, never come to your city, and there shows cost $60+ dollars? I believe they are popular enough. But I definitely think this band deserves more popularity.

  • @LAKERSORG same here i used to like slipknot a lot when they didn't go mainstream now theyre just shit

  • @SuperMaggot101 Yeah dude true that. My buddy told me he heard A Day to Remember on the radio, but it was one of there soft songs. If they were to go mainstream, then I wouldn't know what to do.

  • @LAKERSORG it sucks how bands think they need to go main stream when they dont. they just sound worse and i just stop listening to them

  • @LAKERSORG I know what you mean. I went to see Oh Sleeper in Adelaide a few weeks ago. Cost me $12 to get in and had no trouble getting right up the front. Most expensive part of the night was the $35 parking fine.

  • @Baddrummer85 Lol damn that sucks. Where did you see them?

  • @AEDiablo I love this kind of music too man but it's not really accessable, it's hard to get in to.

  • I can't stop watching this video:)

  • @SuperMaggot101 yes they are.

  • are these guys christian?

  • is there tabs for this song.? i cant find any

an anyone help me out or atleast tell me what tuning this song is in?

  • North Carolina has such a great music scene...so many bands come out of NC

  • yay for actual talent :D

  • @AEDiablo

I agree, it takes more talent to scream than most people think. Also, theres also the whole that they play their own instruments instead of having some cover band or computers.

  • Completely beast. I saw these guys in concert last night, if you get the opportunity GO

  • my brothers band plays with these guys alot. they are really cool guys and their music rapes.

  • veru very unique vocals i like it

  • Their guitarist Corey use to be in a band with one of my former band mates Alex. They played a show at my youth group years ago... and now I'm sitting here watching him in an official music video on youtube. Surreal. haha.

Phil was great when he played drums with Sullivan, but it's cool to see him playing some heavier stuff too.

  • sounds alot like dead and divine i think. thats not bad, at all. dead and divine rules.

  • only 16,000 views, really? =|

  • this reminds me of the movie "The Village" which is where they got their name

  • #1 Fan (:

  • ehh . im not impressed . whats this bands " best song " ?

  • These guys have to be influenced by Underoath. There amazing! O:

  • @KitsuneKun8 The Drummer in "To Speak of Wolves" & the New Drummer in "Underoath" are Brothers.

  • @TheDieLiving phil chamberlain is the drummer in "to speak of wolves" and his brother spencer is the vocalist for "underoath" not the drummer

  • @marchto61 Oh my bad dude, thts wht I meant thanks for clearing tht up.

  • wow that had to hurt lol

  • If norma jean and your demise had a baby...

  • i jizzed.

  • you can't watch a video these days of this particular genre of music without having people arguing over genres, who gives a fuck as long as it's awesome, they make the music for reasons other than fitting into a genres to boost people's egos when they think they are doing the world a favour by enlightening us with their opinion on a genre, this is youtube, not music labelling 101. Nuff said. This band is sick, period.

  • NEW convert sitting at the end of the keyboard that typed this YESS!!

  • To Speak Of Wolves saves.♥

  • @musicislifex16 Thats cool, but actaully its Jesus who does the saving

  • Love that drum setup

  • very very unique vocals. i love it
