@drumsallout First of all, why do you think these bands are off the label? The Chariot and Norma Jean weren't selling CD's anymore. Advent was on their way out and is breaking up. Life in your way broke up and then returned on CAL. All the bands you mentioned are old and are no longer a cost benefit anymore.

As far as TSOW goes, they did not get signed just because of Phil. A huge reason is because they have ex members of Sullivan. SS would never sign a band if they didn't think it would return
