They have CRAPPY customer service and LIE to get you to sign contracts...These guys are scammers and don't care as long as they get YOU into a contract for their new ESIO - see the name? It's part of the Owner/Founders name and yet HIS company does NOTHING to stand behind any kind of integrity!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH O PREMIUM WATERS!!
