actually, it's not old... You may think of Tiger as old but it was made in 2007, just 4 years ago.

i have a g4 1.25 and 1.5 gb ram 80 gb hd and just upgraded to 10.4.11 would 10.5 work on this and would it be any better?

Is it faster/stabler than Tiger?
I'm asking because I have two emacs (1.25GHz and 1.42GHz) both with 512MB RAM that I may upgrade just because it is getting harder to find new software for the computers.

@anthiny737 its a CRT Screen, the line is not visible to the human eye. But cameras pick up that line (the refresh rate)

you need atleast a 786Mhz G4 Processor for leopard to run. The earliest emacs are 700Mhz G4 incase you have that model

Leopard runs like a beauty on my identical eMac! still going strong since '05!
