I often see people lifting high amounts of weight, but only because they're barely going through the proper range of motion. Leg press is a classic with 5 plates each side, and barely, I mean BARELY, bring their legs back... maybe 4-5 inches instead of a proper knee-to-chest repetition.

@SlayAndPlay Doing 100 sit ups a day is not the only way you must do a bit more advanced type of abs exercises. Try googling abs exercises and try to combine different abs exercises that work on the different sections of your abs. But for your question I guess a couple of months? My best suggestion is to take pictures of yourself now and then to see improvement as looking at the mirror will not show you great changes unless you rarely check yourself out on a mirror. Your legs are a bit stringy - use excersize bikes for a while and they'll get more pumped quite quickly - but only if you do sprint of them - like 10 mins of 100 RPM on reasonable resistance. Still good ef.

@suparpowers Hmm, I do gym, primarily for sports, rowing actually. Since doing gym, plus sports, I have put on 2 stone in weight. And, the reason I have no videos, is because I think it is quite vain to have photos and videos of yourself tensing.

Good job man. Thats an impressive difference. Your form on the squats could use a little work, but other than that everything else looks good. You might wanna try a slower lat pull down with a more concentrated squeeze through the full rep. I feel like I tax the muscle a little better when I do that. But as long as your going heavy enough you'll put on quality pounds either way.

everyone has their own six pack abs,they just can see it because it is covered by a layer of fat.if you want to have visible abs,you have to burn off the excess flab on the belly.you also cant make abs visible by doing sit ups,even a thousand sit up cant make them visible.noob
