  • Your squats form could be improved. The saying goes, "Ass to the Grass", meaning, well, get your ass as low as you can go (within reason of course, but that's why you should have safety bars in place).

    I often see people lifting high amounts of weight, but only because they're barely going through the proper range of motion. Leg press is a classic with 5 plates each side, and barely, I mean BARELY, bring their legs back... maybe 4-5 inches instead of a proper knee-to-chest repetition.

  • Good transform but stop focusing so much on your biceps, it looks ridiculous when someone has their biceps overshadowing your deltoid and tricep, get those two up a bit more and your arm will look much better.

    Im not saying having bigger biceps is a bad thing but you gotta focus on the other two muscles around it as well

  • @OscarOnDaLoose @OscarOnDaLoose Abs are very hard to get, because to get abs you must pretty much lose bodyfat all over your body, as doing abs exercises wont tone the abs but just make them bigger, getting rid of the fat by doing running or w.e is the key to getting abs but for that you must sacrifice muscle mass, unless you can balance it which will take damn long time + you must have around 10% bodyfat to see abs without flexing.

    I'm 9% bodyfat and losing more atm. I've been doing 100 sit ups a day on and off (sometimes like once a month..) for 5-6 years, but now I go to gym 3 times a week and do 100 sit ups a day.

    How long would it take for abs in your opinion?

  • @SlayAndPlay Doing 100 sit ups a day is not the only way you must do a bit more advanced type of abs exercises. Try googling abs exercises and try to combine different abs exercises that work on the different sections of your abs. But for your question I guess a couple of months? My best suggestion is to take pictures of yourself now and then to see improvement as looking at the mirror will not show you great changes unless you rarely check yourself out on a mirror.   • Your legs are a bit stringy - use excersize bikes for a while and they'll get more pumped quite quickly - but only if you do sprint of them - like 10 mins of 100 RPM on reasonable resistance. Still good ef.

You might wanna try a slower lat pull down with a more concentrated squeeze through the full rep. I feel like I tax the muscle a little better when I do that. But as long as your going heavy enough you'll put on quality pounds either way.
