The Mets always visited the Coliseum, the Isles Shea. When the Rangers won the cup in 1994 Messier brought it to Yankee Stadium, not Shea.

Citi field is in Manhattan right? or close to it? I would figure location wise that would favour Ranger fans. I think the Islanders are going to have a good season. Lots of awesome young talent in Josh Bailey, Tavares, Okposo, Bergenheim, Comeau & gervais. good additions in net as `B` options to Dipetro, plus I hear there pressing hard for Alex Tanguay who would be great. All in they wont be bad next year! Thank god!
