Hi Robert. Are you running the HD500 through an amp or PA system. I'm considering getting the HD but I'm a little wary as my original POD does not match well with my Peavey Classic 50 either through the front end or the FX loop. I'm not sure if this is typical of tube amps. The amp has been re-tubed and re-biased and sounds great on it's own or with my Line 6 Echo Park but not the POD.
You guys must have all this equipment exclusive to Canada because I've never even heard of half the guitars you have.... nor the amps.....Example, Hell guitars, Gem amps, that acoustic you have etc. Don't ever see those brands in the US.
@rotren Don't know if i should write in swedish or english, but have you found anything yet? I mean ordering one online would work as well but I can't find anything. It sure sounds awesome! god jul och gott nytt år :)
@Hurplepaze The Hell Guitars website should be open in a couple of months, I think. Sign up for the newsletter on their site, and you'll get notified.
Thanx for making the Hell-Demos - they sound great and I hope, I can find a shop in Germany, that sells these guitars.....I'm really interested in checking out one.
@GabryUma Not sure about others with that shape, but the other Hell guitars are the No.2 and the Bender. Search for Hell No.2 - I have made demos of it. The Bender demo is coming soon.
@quaxBK I also think they choose the wrong name. I play gospel music in church. I like the sound of these guitars but I would never play a Hell guitar in church. I am sure that others will also not buy because of the name. I think the company could have chosen a different name which would have not affect their sales.
@Wolfgang546 Why don't you go buy a Reverend guitar they are comparable in quality and price and they say "Reverend" on the headstock instead of "Hell". Problem solved.
Sounds pretty great Robert. I'd love to hear more of your thoughts on the HD500. I love mine and am pretty astounded by the great tones I can get out of it, but there is a bit of a learning curve.
Nice. Both of the Hell guitars you've demoed sound great. I like the body shape, it vaguely reminds me of the old Mosrites, but less goofy. Is the neck about the same as on the No. 2 guitar?
That's a hell of a guitar :-)

I see a cease and desist order in this model's future. That Zero Dot symbol is the Target Inc. logo.

The song in the beginning ... is this something you made up or is it a tune that i can hear anywhere else? I really like it.
clwebdesign 9 months ago
@clwebdesign I made it up at the time I produced the demo. Perhaps I should turn it into a "real" song?

Bare Knuckle pickups hand made in England (like me!)
Seriously good p/u's but also seriously expensive.I'd love to know how much the guitar is.
Great playing as ever Robert.
