The lyrics are not "the song" you dumbass. She prolly did write the lyrics in HER journal, but that doesn't change the fact that Ben Moody wrote the guitar parts, and song structures. Its a guitar driven band. She doesn't play guitar. Hence why no, she didn't write the songs. You give her way too much credit. Without ben's instrumentals and structures, she would still be nobody. Ben was the core of the musical style. Thats why the new album sounds different. Shes a vocalist. Not a songwriter.

I would say that its really Amys band as such but everyone has a huge part in it and she couldnt have the band without them. The lyrics are Amy's life and she started the band and the others have come into it she (as stated in other interviews) that she is the boss and she is a control freak and keeps everyone in line and on task.
